Glyde Games End User License Agreement & Terms of Service
Article 1: Agreement Acceptance and Scope
1.1 By accessing, using, or interacting with the Services, including but not limited to downloading, installing, playing our games, participating in forums, or engaging with our social media channels, you affirmatively accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the accompanying Terms. This Agreement encompasses your use of the "Pixeria" game, currently in development, and extends to all associated Glyde Games services provided through our website, digital storefronts, and social media platforms.
1.2 This Agreement applies to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are contributors of content, information, and other materials or services, both within the game environment and on associated forums or platforms.
Article 2: Amendments and Revisions to the Agreement
2.1 Glyde Games reserves the right to amend, revise, or otherwise modify this Agreement and the accompanying Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to adapting to changes in the game development process, reflecting updates to our Services, or complying with legal requirements. Such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our Services or as otherwise communicated through appropriate channels.
2.2 Your continued engagement with the Services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement and Terms. It is your responsibility to review these documents periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Article 3: User Age and Eligibility

3.1 The Services are designed for and targeted at users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. By engaging with the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement or that you are the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

3.2 For users under the age of majority, this Agreement must be reviewed and agreed to by a parent or legal guardian. Such parental or guardian consent implies acceptance of full responsibility for the minor's compliance with this Agreement and the assumption of all responsibilities and liabilities arising from the minor's use of the Services.

Article 4: Access to Services and User Responsibilities

4.1 While Glyde Games endeavors to provide uninterrupted access to the Services, you acknowledge that interruptions may occur for reasons including scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We commit to restoring service promptly and maintaining transparent communication with our users during any service interruptions.

4.2 You agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes respecting the intellectual property rights of Glyde Games and third parties, refraining from engaging in or promoting illegal activities through the Services, and not using the Services to disseminate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Article 5: Intellectual Property Rights and User Contributions
5.1 All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to game assets, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Glyde Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
5.2 By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant Glyde Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
Article 6: Conduct and Usage Restrictions
6.1 You are prohibited from engaging in conduct that could harm, disrupt, or otherwise negatively affect the experience of other users or the integrity of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, harassment, use of exploits, cheating, and distributing malware or other harmful code.
6.2 You agree not to use the Services for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of Glyde Games, including but not limited to advertising, solicitation, or sale of goods or services.
Article 7: Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
7.1 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an agreed-upon arbitration institution. This arbitration agreement requires that disputes be resolved on an individual basis, precluding any class or collective action.
7.2 This Agreement and any related disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Article 8: Severability and Entire Agreement
8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
8.2 This Agreement, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on the Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Essencera Games regarding the use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of your acceptance and remains in effect until amended or terminated by Glyde Games.
